For green coffee beans, we process your online orders as quickly as possible in partnership with a company located in Antwerp (Belgium) that is experts in logistics and shipping. With this expertise, we can arrange and deliver in most of the EU countries.

We recommend an order of at least 5 bags so your shipping costs are affordable.

If needed and for better satisfaction, we can give you a more precise estimate for transport costs based on quantity as well as your delivery address.

For Penja pepper, delivery by La Poste in Switzerland in 2 to 5 days.

In EU, 3 to 8 days depending on the destination.

Refund Policy

Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision as to whether or not we will approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account (send us an email with your IBAN) within 15 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to [email protected].

To return a product (for Penja pepper), you must send it by mail to: Attenhoferstrasse 11, 8032 Zurich, Switzerland.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than CHF 70, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
